Hello! Thank you for choosing to expand your knowledge and take the next step in your career. I am so excited to be a part of your journey. Here is a little bit about me and my Massage Therapy journey.

I began my career as a self-employed mobile massage therapist in 2017. Over the following 2 years, I worked towards opening my own brick & mortar location as well as building a staff of practitioners that valued this industry as much as I do.

In 2019, I opened Elements Wellness Spa in Culpeper Virginia. Elements Wellness Spa focused on bringing together complimentary beauty & wellness services for a spa day experience that was both relaxing and healing. Elements Wellness Spa won "Best of Your Hometown" & "Best of the Best of Culpeper" from 2019 - 2023 and continues to be the top choice for a rejuvenating self-care day in Culpeper County.

In 2021, I stepped away from Elements and opened a private medical bodywork practice where I specialize as a post-operative lymphatic drainage therapist, providing manual lymphatic drainage services after cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. I am also a VA Community Care Provider and provide medical massage treatment for our disabled veteran community.

In August of 2023, I brought my education, knowledge, and experience together to provide business networking and collaborative growth to other beauty/wellness small business owners through The Elements Wellness Network. The network focuses on both B2C and B2B connections and provides a resource for beauty & wellness offerings in Culpeper and surrounding areas.

Through "The Network" I provide educational workshops for professional training, e-learning classes for continuing education, and self-care classes for wellness seekers. I also provide business mentorship, online marketing & advertising services, and opportunities for collaborative growth.
